Victorian Home and Community Care is seeking a Compliance Officer to establish a structured, uniform compliance system across VHCC. This hybrid role starts as part time with a path to full time, working across Box Hill VIC, Ballarat VIC and Maitland NSW to ensure NDIS standards are met.
You will coordinate with Service Officers, Rostering Officers and the accounts team, maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting quality assurance across Victoria and Recent South Wales.
