Kalfresh is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead end-to-end vegetable production and packing, ensuring safety, quality and profitable operations. You will coordinate people, plant and schedules, driving continuous improvement and waste reduction across the site.
In this role you will work closely with the Operations Manager to foster accountability and a culture of performance, while maintaining high standards in safety, quality and customer delivery.
