Hi-Tec Oils is a well-established manufacturing company based in Altona. We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Officer & Sales Support to join our team on a full time basis.

About the Role
This role is wide-ranging and will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Key responsibilities include:
Processing daily invoicing and data entry
Entering customer orders and generating back orders
Following up overdue customer accounts and overdue orders
Maintaining sales registers and customer records
Creating and processing stock transfers
Generating daily driver runs and printing delivery paperwork
Booking freight and coordinating deliveries
Liaising with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and sales representatives
Providing customer service and support via phone and email
Providing administrative support to sales and operations teams
Assisting with reception and general office administration duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or internal sales support
Valuable computer skills, ideally with MYOB EXO experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to multitask and work to deadlines
A qualified phone manner and robust communication skills
A willingness to learn new systems and processes
A reliable and team-focused attitude
