Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience in Python development.
Experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications in production environments.
Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
Strong API and backend development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and contemporary engineering practices.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including vector stores.
Robust understanding of software architecture, scalability, security,



and performance optimisation.

Highly Desirable
Experience building Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, evaluation frameworks, and model observability.
Experience in banking, financial services, cards, payments, lending, or regulated industries.
Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development practices.
