Sunbuilt Australia on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to join our site team on a landmark 34-storey, 154-unit residential tower in Southport. You will own the contractual records, manage variations, RFIs, payment claims and EOT submissions, and support procurement with the project management team.
Demonstrated contract administration on residential high-rise projects is required, with robust knowledge of standard form contracts and Procore.
