Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:
Deliver in office cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
Attend to all urgent cleaning and spills when required.
Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
Provide transparent and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
Ideal Candidate:
Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays.
Ability to follow instructions.
Polite and professional.
Willingness to learn.
Versatile and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
Experience preferred but full training provided.
Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
