AB Civil Contracting is seeking a skilled machinery operator to join our team in SEQ. You will run posi-track and excavators (5t–20t), perform final trim and bulk earthworks, and trench soils for pipes while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will work closely with ground crew and supervisors, handling daily pre-start checks, site instructions, and routine maintenance. A HC/HR licence and willingness to commit to 50–60 hour weeks are essential.
