Import Operations Specialist - International Freight Forwarding

Leading International Freight Forwarder seeking a Import Operations Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/RO-RO , Airfreight customers. Located in Mascot - close to transport/train. Work in modern office with dedicated team and management support. Offering 1 day WFH this is a outstanding opportunity to join this market leader.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Handle Ocean FCL / LCL /RORO import shipments from PO Placement and management through to delivery and billing.
Manage customer accounts and build client relationships
Ensure Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, and concerns as well as develop recent opportunities in different trade lanes, services.
Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.

ABOUT YOU:




2+ years Import local Freight Forwarder experience
1+ years experience with Cargowise1 - including understanding of workflow (tasks /milestones) and edocs.
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of import operations
Excellent communication and computer skills
Adaptable
Relationship building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
