EMBR Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our Events and Production Kitchen in Adelaide. This hands-on role requires building and training solid teams, and delivering exceptional menus for weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions and large-scale events.
Based in our production kitchen, you will oversee day-to-day operations, plan and execute food for events, manage food cost, labour, stock and safety, and work closely with EMBR Events to ensure flawless delivery.
