The Role

Partnerwith a high-performing HNWI/Managing Director in a quick-paced, relationship-led workplace.

This is far more than diary management. You’ll be a trusted right hand, protecting the MD’s time, keeping priorities moving and confidently managing relationships with investors, HNWIs, board members, advisers and senior stakeholders.

Day to Day
Complex diary, inbox and priority management
Domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
Meeting preparation, briefings, agendas and follow-up
Investor, HNWI, board and senior stakeholder coordination
CRM management and relationship intelligence
Board and investment committee materials
Drafting and refining high-level correspondence
Tracking actions, deadlines and strategic priorities
Project and operational coordination
Investor meetings, roadshows and events
Selected private office and personal support
Liaison with advisers, accountants, lawyers and service providers

You’ll Need





You’ll be a seasond EA who has supported a Managing Director, CEO, Founder, Partner or similarly senior executive and understands what genuine executive partnership looks like.
Has exceptional judgement and absolute discretion
Is polished and confident with senior and HNW stakeholders
Can anticipate what your executive needs before being asked
Writes beautifully and communicates with confidence
Knows how to protect an executive’s time without creating barriers
Is commercially switched on and genuinely interested in the business
Keeps an immaculate diary, CRM and action list
Can juggle competing priorities without looking or feeling flustered
Is comfortable operating across both business and private matters
Has solid Microsoft 365 and CRM capability
Takes ownership, if something needs doing, you make it happen
