Flourish Australia is seeking Casual Peer Workers and Mental Health Workers to join the Taree team, based on a Level 3 EA rate of $40.49-$43.42/hour plus Super and 25% casual loading. Roles are based in Taree, with Monday–Friday shifts.
You will support people with lived experience of mental health challenges toward recovery, goals, and greater independence. Essential criteria include a Certificate IV or equivalent experience, and the ability to use MS Office and information management systems.
