Ashley and Martin in Brisbane is seeking a commercially minded Customer Service Specialist to join our clinic in office, 76 hours per fortnight (Tuesday–Saturday). The role combines sales, structured clinic administration, patient servicing and enrolment conversations.
You’ll start by managing existing patients through their treatment journey, conducting check-ups and progress reviews, and proactively facilitating re-enrolments to drive retention and clinic revenue.
