ExperiencedCyaraAutomation Tester to support the testing and validation ofenterprise ContactCenteras aService (CCaaS) platforms.The ideal candidate will have expertise in usingCyara Velocity,Pulse, and Cruncher to automate customer journey testing acrossvoice, IVR, digital, and omnichannel customer serviceenvironments.
Therole will work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts,Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high-quality customerexperiences across contactcentertechnologies andintegrations.
