BBC Painting , one of Australia's largest and most established commercial painting contractors, to appoint a high-calibre Project Manager to support their continued expansion across NSW.

With over 30 years of proven success and a strong pipeline of major commercial work, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role in a growing national business .

PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL (NSW)

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position is suited to a results-driven Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and site teams.

You will have full responsibility for project delivery, commercial outcomes, and team performance , with the autonomy to make decisions and drive results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-end management of multiple commercial painting projects
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to margin targets
Lead and manage supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams




Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee tender reviews, documentation, and project setup
Manage costs, procurement, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and company systems

ABOUT YOU

You are a proven operator within the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects and managing competing priorities.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager (commercial construction)
Strong understanding of drawings, finishes schedules, and scopes
Commercially astute with robust negotiation capability
Confident leader with the ability to influence and drive teams
Highly organised, proactive, and outcome-focused
