We are seeking a Colocation Coordinator to undertake application reviews. This chance is open for both Melbourne or Sydney based candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Apply your broad knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure to assess site share applications.
Undertake Site Share Compliance activities including engagement with customers, agents and facilitating approvals.
Provide a solution-oriented approach to site share applications.
Ensure compliance to standards, including; site share, structural engineering, design & construct.
Ensure compliance to Australian standards & Supply Authority Regulatory requirements.
Actively engage with all key internal & external stakeholders.
Manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of processes to deliver efficiencies.
Work collaboratively to resolve complex issues as they arise and within agreed timeframes.

To be successful, you must have:
Understanding of Site Share/Colocation processes in the mobiles/wireless/radio network industry
3+ years' industry experience
Demonstrated experience in Site Share
Ability to work independently and manage multiple queues in compressed time in a quick-moving environment
Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer's experience across multiple departments and cross functional teams
Ability to navigate and translate complex issues in an understandable, organised method
Ability to build relationships & communicate effectively at all levels
Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills
