This is a rotating roster position which involves working every other Saturday.

Start date is Monday 7th September.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will:
Handle high-volume inbound calls from current or recent customers
Assist customers with pricing inquiries, policy information, product details, and general questions
Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and standards
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and health professionals regarding insurance policies
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Qualifications:




Previous call centre experience is preferred
Exposure to targets or KPI's in a professional working environment
Robust communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanour
A passion for helping people and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
