Access Health and Community Hawthorn is seeking a qualified MH & AOD Intake Clinician for a max-term, part time 0.6 EFT role based in Hawthorn. You will triage, assess, and refer clients to mental health and AOD services, including the Steps service, using phone, telehealth, and face-to-face methods.
You will conduct risk assessments, provide brief interventions, and support appointment bookings while maintaining documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
