What You'll Be Doing

As the friendly face of our fitness community, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. Your role will include:
Welcoming members and guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
Assisting with membership inquiries and enrollment processes
Managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism
Handling member concerns and resolving issues with a solution-focused approach
Supporting fitness programs and wellness initiatives
Maintaining accurate member records and facility information




Promoting our services and helping members discover new ways to reach their goals

Who You Are

We're seeking someone who embodies our commitment to health, wellness, and outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have:
A genuine passion for sports and fitness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience (fitness industry experience is a plus!)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills and familiarity with membership management systems
