We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter / 4x4 Accessory Salesperson to join our supportive team at Lancaster Motor Group.
What you'll be doing
Assistaing walk-in customers with all Parts and 4x4 Accessory enquires.
Answering and assisting with retail and trade phone enquires.
Assisting in stock ordering and wearhouse management
Working closely with our Service team to identify and supply the correct parts, ensuring productivity and efficiency
What we're looking for
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a skilled phone manner
Previous experience in Automotive Parts - preferred but not essential as we are open to candidates with no experience!
A passion for all things Automotive is a must!
Must demonstrate a robust work ethic, be reliable and punctual
Great team player; ability to work in a team environment
Able to take instructions
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
Strong attention to detail
Robust computer skills – highly regarded
Experience using ERA Power/NET, Pentana and Reynolds software’s – preferred but not essential (training will be provided)
Current NSW Driver's License
