St Paul & St Anthony Child Care Centre - Merrylands NSW
St Paul & St Anthony Child Care Centre is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager or Nominated Supervisor to join the team on either a full time or part time basis. This is a senior position for someone with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, regulatory compliance and the day-to-day requirements of operating a high-quality early childhood education and care service.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the centre's regulatory and compliance requirements
Support the Approved Provider, management team and educators
Review and maintain policies, procedures and compliance systems
Prepare the service for Assessment and Rating
Review and maintain the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Conduct internal compliance audits and identify areas requiring improvement
Ensure educator practices align with the National Quality Standard and National Quality Framework
Monitor documentation, staff records, training requirements and regulatory obligations
Provide practical guidance and training to educators and responsible persons
Implement systems that support consistent compliance across the service
About you
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Nominated Supervisor, Compliance Manager or in a comparable senior early childhood compliance role
Robust working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations
Direct experience with Assessment and Rating
Demonstrated history of helping early childhood services improve their NQS performance
Personally assisted a service rated Working Towards NQS to achieve Meeting NQS or Exceeding NQS
Confident identifying compliance gaps and putting practical corrective measures in place
Capable of working with educators, management and the Approved Provider to achieve measurable improvements
