City of Ryde’s Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee the safe, efficient daily operation, lead in office staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

You will manage incidents, monitor water quality, train staff, and help develop procedures and rosters, while supporting across a 7-day roster. This is a full-time role with a market-market-competitive salary plus superannuation and allowances.
