About the role

We have an chance to join our team in community aged care, providing personal support for our clients in Nannup. This is a casual position, perfect for someone looking for a few extra hours per week.

Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

These include:
Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
Social connection and companionship

What do we need from you?
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
Own vehicle
Australian Driver licence
First Aid & CPR




Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
Experience in care role highly regarded
