Key responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries via social media, email, and website forms. Proactively follow up with old leads.
Call prospects, provide basic estimates based on our pricing guide, and lock in site visits.
Maintain our team's daily and weekly schedule. Optimize driving routes between jobs.
Answer client questions and handle booking modifications professionally.
About you
Fluent verbal and written English.
Experience with calendar tools (e.g., Google Calendar) and CRMs/Field Service software (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, or LMN).
Robust phone etiquette and comfortable making outbound follow-up calls.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
