Project Manager - Tier 2 builder - $50M Health Project

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 builder with a strong reputation for delivering landmark commercial, education, health, government and institutional projects. Known for their collaborative culture and robust client relationships, they have successfully delivered some of Australia’s most recognised and technically challenging projects.

Due to ongoing growth and multiple recently awarded projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a $50M health project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established builder on a complex project with robust long-term career progression opportunities.

The Role
Lead the successful delivery of a major new build project from construction through to completion
Manage programme, budget, procurement and subcontractor performance to achieve commercial and delivery outcomes
Drive coordination across consultants, clients, site teams and subcontractors throughout all project stages
Oversee project reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication while ensuring quality and programme targets are achieved




Lead and mentor project delivery staff while maintaining a strong team culture and client relationship

About You
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial, education, government or institutional projects with a head contractor in Australia
Experience delivering projects valued $30M+ from start to finish
Solid commercial acumen with solid understanding of procurement, programming and contract administration
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
