The chance

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving that growth.
You’ll lead the sales and business development function, develop commercial strategy, grow key client relationships and identify new markets and opportunities.
You’ll have the freedom to think commercially, challenge the status quo and make an impact.

What you’ll be doing
Lead and develop a high-performing sales & BD team
Drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets




Build and strengthen strategic client relationships
Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies
Own the sales pipeline from opportunity through to close
Identify new markets, partnerships and commercial opportunities
Work closely with technical and senior leadership teams
Coach and develop your team to achieve ambitious targets

Proven sales/business development leadership experience
A strong track record of delivering revenue growth
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Commercial confidence and strategic thinking
Experience leading, coaching and developing teams
The ability to work comfortably with technical and senior stakeholders
