This hands-on role sits within the CRM & Ecommerce team, collaborating with Online Trading, Development, Email Marketing, Graphic Design and Paid teams to bring data-driven personalization to life.
You'll own key website journeys, translate customer segments into intuitive UI patterns, and use tools like GA4, Fullstory and Optimizely to optimise performance and commercial outcomes.
