We are seeking expressions of interest from Associate-level lawyers with 2 to 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Casualty Team based in Sydney.

This role focuses on public liability and personal injury defence litigation and offers the prospect to work with a highly regarded team acting for a broad range of insurers and corporate clients.

About the Role
Advising on and defending public liability and product liability claims.
Providing policy interpretation and coverage advice.
Managing a diverse caseload of personal injury matters across a range of industries, including:
Hospitality and security
Leisure and recreation
Retail
Education
Property ownership and management
Cleaning services
Waste management, and other sectors.

To be considered, candidates should ideally have defendant public liability and personal injury litigation experience, with a strong understanding of insurance-related disputes and the ability to manage matters effectively from inception through to resolution.
