WSG Energy Services is seeking experienced Hydrotest Technicians to join our team on the Kent Future Fuels Project at Ampol Refinery, Lytton (Brisbane).

This is an opportunity to work on a major project with a company that has built its reputation on delivering safe, high-quality services across the Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Mining and Heavy Industrial sectors.

Project Details
Location: Ampol Refinery, Lytton, Brisbane
Start Date: Immediate
Preference: Brisbane-based candidates

Hydrotest Technician Requirements:
Demonstrated experience conducting hydrostatic pressure testing to ASME B31.3




Competency in system preparation, pressurisation and hydrotest execution
Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings & P&ID;'s
Experience completing QA/QC and test documentation
Familiarity with hydrotest pumps, gauges and pressure testing equipment
Understanding of equipment calibration requirements
Previous shutdown, commissioning or construction experience highly regarded

Requirements:
White Card - Mandatory
Police clearance - Mandatory
Pre-employment medical - Mandatory
Mechanical Fitter Trade Cert - preferred
Working at Heights - preferred
Australian Driver's Licence - preferred

Desirable Experience
Air blowing
Nitrogen/Helium leak testing
Mechanical fitting experience
Previous supervisory experience

Rates
Hydrotest Technician: $65/hr
Supervisory Positions: $75-$80/hr (depending on experience)
