WYNCO Recruitment is working with a well-established Sydney construction business looking to appoint a Junior Business Development Executive to join their team.

Based around Bondi and Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, the business delivers high-end projects across some of Sydney's most prestigious locations, including Bondi, Double Bay, Vaucluse, Maroubra and through to the Northern Beaches.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales or business development career who is confident, outgoing, polished and outstanding with people.

The role is not heavily focused on cold calling. The business already has an excellent network of clients and a robust pipeline. Your job will be to stay close to those relationships, keep the business front of mind and help turn future prospects into new projects.
The Role
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
Regularly meet with developers, private clients and industry contacts
Keep in touch with clients regarding upcoming projects
Help generate repeat business and referrals
Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions
Represent the business professionally across the Eastern Suburbs
Identify new business opportunities




Work closely with senior management to support the project pipeline

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident, energetic and highly personable
Naturally good at building relationships
Qualified and polished in client-facing environments
Comfortable speaking with developers, business owners and high-net-worth clients
Proactive and commercially minded
A genuine go-getter who enjoys meeting people
Looking to build a long-term career in business development

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, real estate, property, hospitality, account management or business development would be highly regarded.

Construction experience is not essential.
