Recruitment Consultant - White Collar Construction & Mining
Perth, WA | Flexible Work From Home
$80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
This is not a traditional agency role with layers of management, rigid KPIs and office requirements. You’ll have genuine autonomy to develop your desk, build client relationships and grow a recruitment business with the backing of an existing industry network.
The Role
You’ll focus primarily on white-collar roles across WA mining, construction and project delivery, including:
Project Managers & Project Engineers
Superintendents & Supervisors
Contracts & Commercial
Planners & Schedulers
HSE
Engineering & Technical personnel
Other project and operational roles
You’ll manage the recruitment lifecycle from business development and vacancy generation through to candidate sourcing, placement and ongoing client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in someone who:
Has recruitment experience, ideally within mining, resources, engineering or construction
Is comfortable developing recent client relationships and generating vacancies
Can independently manage a recruitment desk
Has strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills
Is commercially driven and wants to perk directly from the desk they build (high commission)
