Workfast is currently seeking an experienced and hard-working General Labourer for an immediate, ongoing role with a leading industrial waste management company based in Kemps Creek. This position offers reliable day-shift hours, great pay, and a explicit path toward a permanent position for the right candidate.

Position Overview
Location: Kemps Creek, NSW
Position: General Labourer / Forklift Operator
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tenure: Ongoing (Temp-to-Perm chance)
Pay Rate: $38.50 per hour + overtime/penalties + superannuation

Key Responsibilities As a General Labourer on site, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Operating a forklift safely and efficiently (LF ticket tasks)
Conducting site maintenance, litter picking, and general waste cleanup around the facility
Manual handling and heavy lifting as required
Sorting materials and assisting with day-to-day waste management operations
Adhering strictly to all site health, safety, and environmental protocols

Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this role, you must possess:
Valid LF (Forklift)



Ticket with proven operational experience
Valid White Card (General Construction Induction)
Proven experience in general labouring or industrial environments
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential due to site location and early start times)
High level of physical fitness and a strong work ethic
Commitment to site safety rules and procedures
