Customer Service & Cloaking Attendants - EVENT STAFF
This is a high-profile international sporting event, with tens of thousands of fans expected. We are looking for people who are confident working with the public, communicate exceptionally well and understand what outstanding customer service looks like in a busy event workplace.
About the role
Customer Service Ambassadors will be the friendly face of the event, helping fans navigate the venue and ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Cloaking Attendants will assist with the safe and productive management of patron belongings and entry processes.
Key responsibilities
Help fans navigate the venue and ensure positive guest experience
Assist with secure and efficient management of patron belongings and entry processes
Communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse range of customers
Remain calm, helpful, and skilled during busy periods
Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards throughout shift
Work effectively as part of a large team
About you
Excellent spoken English and confident verbal communication
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Strong personal presentation and grooming standards
Reliable and positive attitude
Availability for entire event (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), commencing at approximately 6:00am-08:00am each day
Previous major event or stadium experience highly regarded
Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, front-of-house, retail, venues or guest services
Professional Presentation Required
This is a premium, high-profile event and skilled presentation is essential.

All staff are expected to maintain neat, professional grooming and presentation throughout their shift.
