Cricket NSW is seeking a driven individual to lead player experience and retention across associations, clubs and competitions in Sydney South East. This short-term contract runs until January 2027 and focuses on growing participation by engaging volunteers and players at the community level.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop volunteers, and build robust regional relationships to deliver memorable cricket experiences and drive recruitment and retention across the region.
