RESPONSIBILTIES:
Work closely with the Project Manager responsible for the delivery of projects
Assist and prepare subcontractor quotes
Assisting with project financials and cost tracking
Interpret drawings, submit RFI's and PO's
Ensure all documentation remains updated and relevant
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and internal team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:




Relevant Construction Management tertiary qualification
3+ years Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
Willingness to learn and determined mindset
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Unlimited Australian working rights
