As our first ever Senior UX Designer in the Product team, you’re the creative force shaping how thousands of people experience buying a car online. From the first scroll of discovery, right through to checkout, finance and that final “yep, it’s mine” moment,



you’ll be designing journeys that feel straightforward, human and a little bit magical. This is our first in-house UX design role, so you’re not just joining the team, you’re helping define how we design at Carma. You’ll set the bar for craft, build systems that scale, and bring clarity to complex journeys, all while teaming up with Product, Engineering and the wider business to turn ideas into beautifully usable experiences. Think big picture systems thinking, mixed with pixel level polish, sprinkled with curiosity, experimentation and a bit of design mischief.
