This is a full time position.
About the role:
Greeting clients, answering phones and booking appointments
Assisting with client queries
Banking
Invoicing / Accounts receivable
Use oflegislative portals such as ATO
Administration support to director and accountants
Client specific logistics and administration support
Payroll processing
Assist with facilitation of meetings
Carry out accurate filing systems and document handling (electronic and physical)
Collection and distribution of mail
Maintain stock levels of stationery and other office supplies
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and common areas
Selection Criteria:
Confident knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
A cooperative approach to teamwork and office procedures
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to show attention to detail with grammar, both written and oral
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Have robust personal values with a friendly and welcoming nature
Professional presentation
Willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
