What You’ll Be Doing

Spend 80% of your time on the floor, leading service and wowing our guests, with the remaining 20% dedicated to admin and reporting tasks





Lead and mentor a high-energy team to deliver seamless, top-tier service
Creating a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests
Driving efficiency in operations and ensuring smooth lunch and dinner service
Training, mentoring, and developing FOH team members
Oversee stock, budgets, and compliance to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor (or similar leadership role)
A natural host who thrives on guest interactions and creating memorable experiences
A proactive and hands-on leader who loves being on the floor
Robust operational skills with a keen eye for detail and service excellence
Someone looking to grow into a senior hospitality leadership role
