Immediate Start. Precedent Productions, Australia's leading business awards managers, is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a diverse role providing administrative support across office management, scheduling, attendance at some events, and general business operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, have solid attention to detail, and be eager to learn while supporting multiple areas of the business.
Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support as part of the team
Assist with data entry and spreadsheet updates
Help keep the schedule of events on track
Ensure finalist businesses information is kept up to date
Seek and liaise with awards partners and venues
Assist with invoice preparation and ticket bookings
Assist with meeting bookings and calendar invites
Attending and managing events with team
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration, reception, office support, customer service, or coordinator role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow processes and work as part of a team
Desirable: Experience using database, or administration systems
Desirable: Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
