WestLink Workforce are seeking reliable, safety-focused Trade Assistants for local Perth work and FIFO prospects across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting tradespeople (boilermakers, electricians, fitters, riggers) on structural, mechanical, and piping projects.
Secure operation of high-risk plant equipment on site.
Site setup, surface preparation, tool staging, and general housekeeping.
Strictly adhering to site safety standards, JSEAs, and take-5 risk assessments.

Requirements
High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) with valid WP (Elevating Work Platform) and LF (Forklift Truck)



endorsements.
White Card (Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry).
Current C-Class Driver's Licence (HR licence advantageous).
Proven experience as a TA in industrial construction, mining, maintenance, or workshop environments.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug & alcohol screenings.
Valid Working Rights in Australia.

Desirable Requirements
CSBP, BHP, FMG, RIO TINTO INDUCTIONS
