Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative is seeking a Full time Program Lead to deliver culturally secure case management and youth services. You will supervise staff, ensure program compliance, and generate regular reports for several youth initiatives including Yalka, Youth Hub, and Restorative Justice.

The role reports to the Program Manager Youth & Justice and emphasizes Aboriginal ways of working, quality and compliance, and the organisation’s strategic direction.
