Talent Flow is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a major transformation program across AI, Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations.
You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes and help deliver practical ServiceNow solutions across:
• ServiceNow AI capabilities
• Integrated Risk Management
• Security Operations
• Process mapping and requirements gathering
• Workshops, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
You’ll ideally have robust ServiceNow experience, excellent business analysis capability and exposure to IRM, SecOps or AI-enabled workflow transformation.
