We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with expertise in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in automation testing, API testing, and validating customer service applications.
Required Skills
6+ years of Automation Testing experience.
Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Java, or similar automation tools.
Experience in API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
Robust knowledge of Agile and SDLC/STLC.
Experience in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain (IVR, CRM, Call Routing, Agent Desktop, or Omnichannel platforms).
Positive understanding of defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
