Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the role is to:
Lead and support a team to achieve daily targets (NIGHT SHIFT)
Coordinate people, workflow and production activities to maximise efficiency
Ensure products meet quality, food safety and customer standards
Promote a robust safety culture and compliance with WHS requirements
Maintain GMP,



housekeeping and audit-ready standards
Identify and resolve production, quality and equipment issues
Complete production reports and shift handovers accurately
Train, coach and develop team members
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and performance
Build a positive, accountable and team-oriented team culture

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
You're a natural leader who enjoys developing people and bringing teams together
You have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
You understand GMP, HACCP, food safety and quality systems
You can confidently communicate with operators, peers and leaders across the business
You're organised, proactive and able to make decisions in a dynamic production environment
You take pride in delivering protected, high-quality products and achieving operational results
You lead by example and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to support the team when needed
You have a continuous improvement mindset and are always looking for ways to make things better
