Brand Fusion is growing its Event Sales Team in Metairie and hiring an Events Assistant to represent client brands at promotional events and retail campaigns. This is an entry-level, in-person role — no sales experience required, just strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Engage customers in a friendly, skilled manner Promote products and services and explain key features and benefits Build rapport and deliver a strong customer experience Guide customers through purchases or registrations Work toward individual and team sales goals Represent client brands at events and promotional campaigns Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
Solid communication and people skills Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face Comfortable working as part of a team A proactive, results-driven mindset Willingness to learn and take feedback
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We also welcome transferable skills from university, internships, volunteering, sports, or part time work.
