The Role

This hands-on position, reporting to the Course Superintendent, involves all aspects of golf course maintenance and presentation, with a solid focus on delivering high-quality playing surfaces for members and guests year-round.

Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing the course for daily play, including greens, tees and fairways




Operating a variety of turf maintenance equipment and machinery
Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems
Assisting with spraying, fertiliser applications and general turf care programs
Contributing to course improvement projects and renovations
Maintaining a safe and effective working environment
Flexibility to work weekend and public holidays as required

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent qualification or able to obtain
Previous experience working on a golf course or sports turf environment (preferred but not essential)
Good knowledge of turf maintenance practices and irrigation systems (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Chemical accreditation (preferred but not essential)
