Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for the CPS Oatlands program. You will provide recovery-focused outreach in the community, helping clients navigate supports such as NDIS, Centrelink and housing services.
You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team to develop and review individual support plans, build independence, and promote wellbeing while maintaining accurate records and effective outreach management.
