About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Contracts Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all contractual matters are properly and efficiently negotiated, documented and administered.
We have an exciting prospect for a dedicated and highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our Commercial team based at our Essendon Fields office.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Undertake detailed evaluations of draft Contracts and provide relevant change proposals
Support commercial negotiations in relation to change proposals
Provide advice and assistance to the Project Management Team relating to the Contract administration matters
Understand and monitor the Contract compliance to ensure our contractual requirements are all met.
To be considered for the role, you must possess the following minimum requirements:
Two years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of basic contractual management (AS2124 & AS4000) and SOPA requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and robust written communication skills
Candidates from a paralegal or legal admin background are encouraged to apply.
