As Centre Manager, you'll take ownership of the performance and growth of the Moore Park location - balancing commercial outcomes, team leadership and operational excellence. You'll lead from the front, driving membership sales, building local partnerships and delivering an exceptional experience for every member.

Key responsibilities
Own membership sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Generate and convert leads through in-centre activity, local marketing and community engagement
Build referral partnerships with gyms, sporting clubs, corporates and allied health providers
Run community initiatives such as open days, workshops and trial sessions that convert into memberships
Track and optimise sales performance, conversion rates and revenue growth
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team
Set clear KPIs and provide structured training and support
Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling and customer service
Oversee inventory, supplier relationships, banking and staff rostering
Build solid relationships with members and respond to enquiries

About you




Experience managing operations in a health, wellness, fitness or service-based setting
Proven success in a sales-driven role with accountability for revenue targets or business growth
Demonstrated ability to drive membership or subscription-based sales
Experience running local marketing or community initiatives is highly regarded
Robust customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Commercial mindset with the ability to turn strategy into results
Ability to generate, track and convert leads using structured sales processes
Positive, professional leadership style
Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments
