Qualifications and Skills:

Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

At least 1 years' experience in Early Childhood Care.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.

Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement educational programs that support children’s individual needs.

Build meaningful relationships with families and children,



creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing workplace Assist with open and close procedures as required.Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.

Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.
