Excolo. in Sydney is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join the IT Services team. This hands-on, second level role covers desktop, mobile and AV support in a busy corporate setting, with ownership of tickets and a focus on user experience.

You will work a rotating shift roster with after-hours on-call, provide live support during meetings, and collaborate with infrastructure teams on AV solutions while contributing to service improvements.
